Privacy policy.

Optimi Health Corp. (“Optimi,” “we,” “us”) operates optimi.net and ir.optimi.net. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, subscribe to investor email alerts, or request information, we collect the email address and any content you submit.

Automatically collected. When you visit our sites we collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data — page views, device type, approximate geographic region (country-level), and referrer. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for this, both of which are cookieless and do not use any persistent identifier stored on your device.

With your consent. If you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, we also load Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies to measure traffic patterns and funnel behavior. If you do not consent, GA4 is not loaded. See our cookies page for the full cookie inventory.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and fulfill investor-alert subscriptions.
  • To measure site performance and improve content and navigation.
  • To comply with securities-disclosure and anti-spam laws.
  • To protect the site from abuse (bot detection via Vercel BotID, which does not retain personal information).

We do not sell personal information.

3. Email alerts and CASL

Investor email alerts are operated on a double opt-in basis: you provide an email address, we send a confirmation email, and you must click the verification link before any alerts are sent. Canadian subscribers are protected under the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); every alert includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We retain the subscription record (email, verification timestamp, IP address at subscription, unsubscribe status) as required to demonstrate consent. To unsubscribe or request deletion of a subscription record, email privacy@optimi.net.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a small set of cookies and local storage items. Full details are on our cookiespage. You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

5. Third parties

We share limited information with the following service providers:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting, cookieless analytics, and speed monitoring. Vercel does not retain identifiable personal information from page views.
  • Google LLC — GA4 analytics, loaded only with your consent.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact replies and investor alerts.
  • Neon Inc. — managed Postgres used to store investor alert subscription records.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy commitments and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses for cross-border data transfer.

6. Retention

  • Analytics data: 14 months (GA4), 6 months (Vercel Analytics).
  • Investor-alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe + 3 years to evidence CASL consent.
  • Contact-form messages: retained in our email inbox; deleted on request.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, or to file a privacy complaint, email privacy@optimi.net. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect how we use existing personal information will be communicated via the email address on file for investor-alert subscribers.
