## Mission

## Knowledge hub (optimi.net/knowledge)

The hub is an investor-facing primer organized as five pillars:

1. PSILOCYBIN — Natural psilocybin is extracted from Psilocybe mushrooms. It
   metabolizes to psilocin, a 5-HT2A agonist. Optimi manufactures GMP-certified
   natural psilocybin for regulated access programs.

2. MDMA — An entactogen (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine), distinct from
   classical psychedelics. Primary clinical indication is PTSD. Optimi
   completed its first commercial MDMA shipment in 2026 following a Health
   Canada Dealer's Licence amendment.

3. GMP MANUFACTURING — The difference between research-grade and GMP-certified
   supply is batch records, pharmacopoeial impurity panels, qualified-person
   release, and regulator-facing audit trail. Optimi's 22,000 sq ft Princeton
   facility operates under a full DEL from Health Canada.

4. REGULATORY LANDSCAPE — Canada (Special Access Program) and Australia
   (Authorised Prescriber Scheme) are the two leading commercial access
   frameworks. Switzerland and Germany have pilot pathways. The U.S. remains
   Schedule I; federal rescheduling is the lever that unlocks U.S. scale.

5. CURRENT MARKET — Most public psychedelic companies are drug-developers
   (clinical-stage, pre-revenue). Optimi is commercial-stage: revenue-generating
   via regulated-access supply. Public comparables include Compass Pathways

## Manufacturing
Facility in Princeton, British Columbia. Health Canada Drug Establishment Licence (DEL) authorizes commercial manufacture, packaging, testing, and international export of controlled drug products. Each lot reviewed and released by a Qualified Person.

Process: API synthesis → finished-dose formulation → QP release → international narcotic permit export → authorized-prescriber dispensation.
